Imamzadeh Mahrooq
According to historical documents, Zaid was one of the sons of Imam Zain al-Abidin (AS). He had four children, one of whom was named Muhammad, and it is said that Muhammad Mahrooq was one of them. Muhammad ibn Zaid participated in an uprising against the then ruler of Khorasan and was killed by his opponents. After his death, his body was burned and his ashes were buried in the Talajerd neighborhood. Since Mahrooq means "burned," Muhammad ibn Zaid was given the title Mahrooq.
