Bagh-e Ferdows, the arrival of history and nature
The Bagh-e Ferdows mansion, which today hosts the Cinema Museum, was built by order of Mohammad Shah Qajar. This palace was supposed to be the king's residence in the pleasant climate neighborhood of Tajrish, but the king's life was short. This garden, like all Iranian gardens, has a mansion in the middle and a fountain whose water is circulated throughout the garden by canals. These days, it is a popular spot for young people and families and one of the best sightseeing places in Tehran.
