The shrine of Bibi Hoorieh (or Bibi Hoor) is one of the famous and mysterious pilgrimage sites in Gilan Province (usually in the Astaneh Ashrafiyeh or Lahijan area), intertwined with local legends and beliefs. Various sources provide different information about the identity of this figure, but the most important narrations are as follows:
The shrine of Bibi Hoorieh is one of the historical and religious places and tourist attractions of Bandar Anzali, located in the village of Shalvar near Ghazian on the route from Anzali to Rasht. Bibi Hoorieh is the sister of Imam Reza (AS) and one of the daughters of Imam Musa Kazim (AS). The tomb building has a metal lattice grille and stained glass, resting on a marble base. The walls of the shrine are made of marble, and its ceiling is octagonal and vaulted, decorated with beautiful tiles.

Some believe she is a descendant of Imam Musa Kazim (AS) or Imam Zain al-Abidin (AS) and is recognized as an Imamzadeh.
In some genealogies, her name is mentioned as "Hoorieh bint Imam Zain al-Abidin."

Others consider her a mystic or saintly woman from the Safavid era or even before Islam, who gained respect from people due to her miracles.
