Description

The Lepu Zaghmarz Wetland, also known as the Lepu Zaghmarz Wetland, is located on the southern shore of the Caspian Sea and the western part of the Miankaleh Wetland. This beautiful wetland, considered one of the tourist attractions of Neka, is a refuge for migratory aquatic and shore birds, and some of its most famous resident birds include swans, cormorants, and flamingos. This wetland is one of Iran's birdwatching destinations. Besides birdwatching in the cold seasons, boating in the warm seasons is another recreational activity in this wetland.
