Mir Mohna Island
Mir Mohna Bandar Rig is the name of one of the pirates and rulers of southern Iran who caused the end of Portuguese and Dutch colonization. Today, his name is given to an uninhabited island near Bandar Ganaveh. The name of Mir Mohna Island became famous since ancient times for its delicious and famous grapes and figs. Among other attractions of this island are the Konar tree of Mir Mohna and the footstep of Amir al-Mu'minin, which are special sights when traveling to Bandar Ganaveh.
