Nakhilo Island
This small and uninhabited island is located in the Persian Gulf and is more of a temporary home for migratory birds than a place known to tourists.
Every year, terns, flamingos, and various migratory birds come to Nakhilo to spend the breeding season in peace. This island can only be visited at specific times and with special coordination because protecting its sensitive nature is a priority. Walking on its sands may not be possible for the public, but even viewing its distant scenery, which is considered one of the sights of Bushehr, from a boat is a poetic experience. The important point about this island is that visiting it is only possible with permission and accompaniment from environmental officials.
