The Sheshtamad River, one of the tourist attractions of Sabzevar, is 35 kilometers long and originates from Mount "Benoo". This 2010-meter mountain is located northeast of Mount Shahzadeh Abolqasem. The springs that flow into this river are Sarvari, Ghorbano, and Mianvari.
When an earthen dam was built on this river, conditions for water storage were provided until mid-July each year. The location of the Sheshtamad River has made it a suitable environment for ecotourism activities in Sabzevar.
