The Bahman Kavar dam is one of the important dams of Fars province, located five kilometers west of the city of Kavar on the Qarah Aghaj river, built during the Achaemenid era. According to some sources, the length of the dam is 130 meters and its height at the highest point reaches 9 meters. The unique landscapes and tall, lush trees of Bahman dam have caused people to camp here more in spring and summer than in other seasons and enjoy its nature.
