The shrine of Prince Qasem is a cultural and Quranic center and is considered one of the tourist attractions of Fasa. It is an ideal destination for lovers and devotees of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) in this county. Prince Qasem was a descendant of Hazrat Aqil, the brother of Hazrat Ali (peace be upon him), the first Imam of the Shiites. Important parts of this mausoleum include the large library of the holy shrine, the Dar al-Quran, and the cultural office. With an area of over 310 square meters and 12,000 books in the collection, the large library of the holy shrine is considered one of the best libraries of shrines in the country.
