Description

Hezbar Pour Castle is one of the remaining buildings from the Safavid dynasty in Miandasht, which has witnessed many ups and downs over the years. This castle was built in the architectural style of the Safavid and Qajar eras, but the materials used in it are clay, adobe, stone, wood, lime, and brick. The castles located in this village are built in a rectangular and quadrilateral shape.

In the corners of this castle, towers were built for guarding. In these towers, if there were no weapons available, boiling water pots and hot tar were used to confront the enemy. Hezbar Pour Castle has 2 floors and 20 rooms, each of which had its own function.
