This museum is located in the manor house of the city of Karkond, which is a beautiful and historic mansion, belonging to the Qajar era. It is a museum of historical and local objects of the region, established by the Karkond municipality in cooperation with the private collector Mr. Rasoul Rafiei and opened to the public. The objects in the museum include unique manuscripts over two hundred years old such as the Quran and religious and jurisprudential books, several handwritten documents and beautiful deeds with gold and silver illumination, and a royal decree sealed with the stamp of Mohammad Shah Qajar, addressed to Mohammad Ali Lanjani, one of the region's elders, dated 1264 AH.
