The Gorgan Handicrafts Museum is also one of the main attractions of this city, located in the historic Amir Latifi mansion. This building, a remnant from the Qajar era, covers an area of about 1000 square meters and is situated in the city center near the Naalbandan Bazaar.
The mansion has a pleasant rectangular courtyard, and the wooden doors of the rooms, which are arranged symmetrically next to each other, open onto this courtyard. The orsi work on the doors is among the beauties of this magnificent mansion, adding a special charm to the courtyard space. The roof of the house is also built with a slope to adapt to the climatic conditions of the region. The mansion has two floors, which are currently used as a museum to display the city's handicrafts.
