The Sagzi Caravanserai is a work related to the Safavid era, which was registered as one of Iran's national monuments in 2000. Maxime Siroux, an architecture expert from France, believed that the construction of this building most likely dates back to before Shah Abbas and the era of Shah Ismail II. This historical four-iwan structure has 6 rooms on both sides of the central iwan, arranged symmetrically. This caravanserai also has four towers at the four corners of the building and three half-towers. Beautiful brick decorations exist in the cornerwork of the entrance portal and under the arches of the iwans, which are attractive to every tourist.
