Narenjestan Ghavam Garden, a showcase of the seven Iranian arts
A garden where you can walk through and travel back centuries and enjoy its soul-refreshing atmosphere. This garden, a legacy from the Qajar era, is known among the public as Ghavam Garden and is also famous as Narenjestan Ghavam due to the name of the building inside it. Ghavam Garden is located in an area considered the eastern and final point of the old part of the city. In the past, Darvazeh Dowlat, Darvazeh Monazzar, and Darb Sheikh neighborhood, important places of Shiraz, were also located here, which adds to the significance of this site. In Narenjestan Ghavam, traces of the seven Iranian arts can be seen, including stucco work, traditional painting, mirror work, brickwork, carving, marquetry, and wood inlay, all beautifully displayed throughout.
National registration: This site has been listed in the Iranian National Heritage list since Ordibehesht 1353 (May 1974) with number 1073 and is considered an important heritage of this land's history.
