Description

In Gorgan, the Alaman Tower, which is mostly known as Gorgan Tower, is one of the most important structures that remind us of this ancient and picturesque city. It is worth mentioning that this tower is recognized as the second tallest tower in the country after Tehran's Milad Tower. The construction project of this tower started in 2006 and after several years of effort, it was inaugurated in 2012. Since then, a large number of city residents and tourists visit it daily.

The height of this tower reaches 57 meters and it has five floors, one of which is dedicated as a restaurant and the basement floor is considered the tower's private parking. The other floors contain important commercial and administrative centers of the city. Additionally, there is a terrace with an area of 170 square meters located at a height of 38 meters on the tower, from which visitors can enjoy the view of Gorgan's urban landscapes.
