Lineage and Personality:
According to local beliefs, Seyyed Wahab al-Din is from the Alawi Sayyids and probably a descendant of the Shia Imams.
Some oral sources consider him a religious scholar or an Islamic preacher in the Gilan region who lived in the Islamic medieval centuries (probably between the 5th and 8th centuries AH).
The title "Believer of the Land" indicates his high spiritual status among the people.
Local people turn to this shrine to solve problems, heal the sick, and have their wishes fulfilled.
Vows, lighting candles, and tying cloth are common customs at this place.
On religious occasions such as Muharram or Nowruz, special ceremonies are held at the shrine.
