The shrine of Allameh Shahrestani
At 17 kilometers northwest on the way to Dargaz, you see the shrine of Allameh Shahrestani, who was one of the Shafi'i Ash'ari scholars born in 479 AH. He passed away in 548 AH. His main work was the interpretation of hadiths, theology, and principles, and he wrote many books in this field.
His tomb has an iwan, a four-arched structure, and a dome-shaped roof. By seeing this building, you realize the architectural style of the Ilkhanid era.
