Description

Fereydunkenar, due to its proximity to the Caspian Sea and having a port, has become one of the commercial exchange centers in the north of the country. The Fereydunkenar port is the first private port in the country and is considered one of the important economic sectors and tourist attractions of this city. Its construction was completed in 2002 with the completion of breakwaters and docks. This port is one of Iran's waterways for trade with the northern neighbors of the country and is one of the main fishing areas of Fereydunkenar and the most important economic resource of this city, which is highly prosperous.
