Tehran City Theater

One of the most famous cultural centers in Tehran is the Tehran City Theater, located in Daneshjoo Park and Valiasr Crossroad. The City Theater building, like Tehran's museums such as the Carpet Museum and the Museum of Contemporary Art, was built by the efforts of Farah Pahlavi to serve as a center for watching theater. Its bookstore and café are among the best cafés in Tehran, serving as a gathering place for theater and art enthusiasts, which are other facilities of this complex.
