Khan Bath of Bastak
If you want to travel back to the Qajar era and learn about the bathing customs of people at that time, be sure to visit the Khan Bath of Bastak. This building, a relic of the Qajar period, was built next to the Bani Abbasi house. Locals also call it the underground bath. The architecture of Khan Bath, with an area of about 375 square meters, is in the style of a chahartaqi. This building has 21 large and small domes. The bath was built in a pit to strengthen the walls and keep the heat inside during cold seasons. Khan Bath of Bastak is one of the prominent examples of traditional architecture in southern Iran. An ethnology museum is located in this bath.
