Description

The historic village of Shamil dates back to the pre-Islamic era. Unfortunately, despite signs belonging to the pre-Islamic period that prove life in this area, there is no precise information available about that era, and traces of it can only be found in some historical artifacts. Geographically, this area is located at a point where many governments have built military castles to defend their borders. Today, one of those castles is considered one of the important historical attractions of Shamil village, holding many secrets within. Shamil also has beautiful natural attractions.
