Description

Bandian Archaeological Site

The largest stucco relief found from the Sassanid era to today, the Bandian archaeological site is one of the attractions of Dargaz that you must visit when traveling to Dargaz. This site has been under excavation by archaeologists for years.

By visiting this large historical monument, you will see a fire temple with beautiful and attractive stucco work that takes you back to the Sassanid rule; a time when Bahram V celebrated his victories and people performed their religious ceremonies in the presence of Anahita.
