Dar al-Fonoon School is one of the oldest tourist attractions in Tehran
Anyone who has read the history books of middle school has definitely heard the name Mirza Mohammad Taqi Khan Farahani, also known as Amir Kabir. This enlightened person, who was Prime Minister of Iran for about three years, made a great contribution to the scientific and literary progress of Iran, one of the most famous and lasting of which was the establishment of Dar al-Fonoon School.
This school, built during the Qajar era, still stands near Tehran's bazaar and is considered an important page in the history of our country.
