Description

This building is located in Surian, the center of Bavanat district, and dates back to the Ilkhanid period. According to Mostafavi, the mosque building does not have much artistic significance and its only important feature is a large carved pulpit that was made by the order of Muzaffar al-Mulk from the heritage site of Khwaja Saad ibn Muhammad in the year 771 AH and has been transferred to the National Museum of Iran. This building is registered under number 282 in the historical registry.

The Imamzadeh Seyyed Mir Mohammad is also adjacent to the mosque and is respected by the townspeople and you can visit it.
