Mohammad Taghi Khan Ehtesab al-Molk lived in this museum building during the Qajar era. After him, his son Dr. Mohsen Moghadam, along with his wife, resided in this beautiful house. Dr. Moghadam is known and respected not only for the name of a museum but also for another reason: founding the University of Art in Tehran.
