The Amir Band Bridge is one of the historical buildings and tourist attractions of Marvdasht. This bridge is built over the Kor River during the Buyid dynasty (Azod al-Dawla) in the 4th century AH. The bases of the bridge are made of limestone and brick, and its mortar is sarooj; iron clamps have been used to connect the stones. Some researchers believe that the Amir Band Bridge was built on the foundation of a bridge from the Sassanid era.
