Mount Takht-e Soleyman is one of the sightseeing spots in Chalus that if you climb to its summit, you will be very proud of yourself. This mountain is considered one of the challenging peaks for mountaineering in northern Iran and is approximately 4660 meters high. You will see small and large natural glaciers on the ascent route to the summit, located in different parts of the mountain.
The view from the top of this mountain of the mountainous landscapes and surrounding nature makes it hard to leave Mount Takht-e Soleyman.
This mountain has two main ascent routes; the right path from the Patakht glacier, suitable for climbing in spring and winter, and the left path from the Hell Gate, which is the more common and summer route.
