The New Qomsheh Mosque dates back to the Safavid era. This monument was registered as one of Iran's national heritage sites on December 3, 1996. The mosque, with an area of about one thousand square meters, has two prayer halls with vaults and is considered one of the tourist attractions of Shahreza. The main prayer hall forms the western part of the mosque and has nine stone columns with octagonal capitals covered by vaults and domes, with lighting coming from the ceiling. On the eastern side, there is a courtyard with a brick porch and a small prayer hall to the left of the entrance. The mosque's columns are made of sarooj, and the mihrab is decorated with muqarnas work. The mosque's flooring is also made of tiles.
