After the forced acceptance of the crown prince by Imam Reza (AS), the eighth shining star of the sky of guardianship and imamate in the presence of Ma'mun, the Abbasid caliph, a group consisting of the companions and supporters of the Imam, including Agha Ali Abbas and Prince Muhammad (peace be upon them), set out from Medina to visit the great Imam in Tus. After entering Iran, news of the martyrdom of the oppressed eighth Imam by Ma'mun and the order of this cursed and criminal to kill the Hashemite Sayyids spread. Each of the companions and supporters went in different directions to be safe from the harm of the godless and wicked enemies. These two honorable ones, mourning the death of their brother, after passing through several cities and villages, entered Kashan and then came to the city of Badroud (Old Bad). The ruler and people of Badroud, who were lovers of the Ahl al-Bayt (AS) and loved their lineage, hosted and cared for these great ones for nearly forty days and nights in a worthy manner. After forty days, these two honorable ones, by proxy of avenging the unjustly shed blood of Imam Reza (AS), along with the companions and supporters, took the desert path and moved towards the holy city of Mashhad. Not much distance had been covered in the desert when they were martyred oppressively in an unequal battle by the soldiers of the cursed Ma'mun. Their pure bodies were carried by the women of Khaled Abad and buried at the battle site by the efforts of the local men.
