This Imamzadeh is located in the village of Esmaeil Abad and is a descendant of Imam Musa Kazim (A). Due to the historical antiquity and the natural beauty surrounding these two Imamzadehs, it attracts many pilgrims.
These religious centers, besides their spiritual and religious aspects, are also historically and culturally significant and annually welcome many pilgrims and tourists from all over Iran and the world.
