The Russian Garden, which was once used as the Russian consulate building, is now recognized as a historic mansion and a tourist attraction in the city of Gorgan. According to the Golestan and Turkmenchay treaties signed during the Qajar era, this mansion, which belonged to a merchant, was placed under Russian control for 99 years.
The main part of this garden is a pavilion-style mansion located in the middle of a garden full of ancient cypress and pine trees, and the building materials mainly include brick, soil, and plaster. Several pools and serene flowerbeds are also located in the garden space, adding to the beauty of the inner mansion.
