The Sheikh Danial Shrine in Khonj is an Islamic era building (711 AH). This structure is built with rubble stone and has a minaret adorned with an inscription. The Danial minaret is cylindrical, resting on an octagonal base. At its upper part, eight embossed inscriptions are embedded in the eight corners on a single stone slab, displaying the date of the minaret's construction, the reason for its building, and the names of its builders.
