The Helleh Wetland, with an area of 2000 hectares, is located near the village of Doroodgah in Bushehr province and is a habitat for birds and aquatic animals. In this wetland, you can hear the birds' songs, occasionally a cool breeze blows, and you can see the dance of the reeds on the water. Every winter, the Helleh Wetland hosts migratory birds such as pelicans, bustards, herons, egrets, doves, flamingos, and more. Other animals like boars, wolves, foxes, wild cats, rabbits, and jackals add to the diversity of species in this wetland. Part of the Helleh Wetland was declared a protected area in 1976.
