The historic Moshir al-Molk House is an aristocratic house built during the Safavid era. This building is one of the tourist attractions of Isfahan and belonged to the Moshir al-Ansari family. The Moshir al-Ansari family were clerks of the Safavid court. The most important figure of this family was a man named Mirza Habibollah Moshir al-Molk Ansari, who was the governor of Isfahan and was killed during the Zill al-Sultan era with Qajar coffee.
This historic house has witnessed many events; for a time, it was the location of the Prussian royal consulate, then it was purchased by Isfahan merchants, and even during the Iran-Iraq war, it served as a shelter for people from Khuzestan. The unique architecture of the historic Moshir al-Molk House, with its special decorations, distinguishes it from other historic houses. The Moshir al-Molk House of Isfahan currently operates as a Natural Heritage Treasure Museum and consists of a café, museum, gallery, and treasure shop.
