Soleyman Gorge Dam Sari

The Soleyman Gorge Dam, also known as Shahid Rajaee Dam, is located southwest of Sari in a mountainous and very lush area. This dam is built on the Tajan River and has created a large and beautiful lake. The construction of this dam was completed in 1996 and since then it has become one of the popular tourist destinations among the sights of Sari. The lake behind the dam, with its clear waters and peaceful environment, is a suitable place for water activities such as boating, jet skiing, and fishing.

Around the lake, there are amenities such as gazebos, restaurants, and eco-lodges.
