Description
Another historical and religious building in East Azerbaijan Province is the Shepherd Church. This church is located near the Aras River and in a pleasant climate area close to the city of Jolfa. The church has a dome with windows on all four sides, and its interior space resembles a cross. Although this attraction dates back to the 16th century AD, it was restored and renovated in 1860 AD.
