Description

Iranian Art Garden Museum

Another sightseeing place in Tehran where you can see Iran's tourist attractions in miniature form is the Iranian Art Garden Museum. The historic building of this garden museum belonged to the wife of one of the commanders of the Imperial Army. After the revolution, this building was handed over to the House of Cinema until finally in 2005 the Iranian Art Garden Museum was established in this location. This one-hectare garden museum, in addition to beautiful historical models, also has handicraft and carpet shops where you can buy souvenirs from different cities.

After you have thoroughly walked among the models and trees in the garden, you can go to the museum's gallery. This gallery is the place for preserving and displaying handmade artworks by Iranian artists, which you can visit on special days. The Iranian Art Garden Museum has several other attractions that will make you repeatedly head towards Tajrish Square. One of these attractions is a monthly outdoor photo exhibition, and the other is the museum's traditional café, which offers a variety of hot and cold drinks.
